- All guests have the run of the house unless the innkeeper is away from the home.
- All guests are treated with care and dignity. No pet is punished. Personal space is respected at all times.
- In the even of perceived illness or pain, Lesley Sullivan will take your pet to Woodbridge Animal Hospital. It is a twenty-four hour veterinarian service. Owners will be contacted from the veterinarian's office. Owner accepts responsibility for all vet bills.
- No additional treats are given, unless the owner has given permission.
- Owners will bring food, leash and any treats you would like your dog to have. Water bowls and food bowls are provided.
- Booking requires a 50% deposit, the remainder to be paid upon pick-up of the guests.
- Pick-up and drop-off are between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. unless prior arrangements have been made.
- There will be an additional $50 clean up or damage fee if excessive damages are caused by your pet.
